    Anyone who wants to sale their home and apartment but they must full fill following criteria :

    The property must be in condition to repair with no structural problems.

    The property may be required to have a fixed term remaining on the lease (if leasehold).

    The value of the exchanged property is often required to be not more than 70% of the value of the new-build property.

    Some property types such as mobile homes and properties with flat roofs may be excluded.


    The Part Exchange Process


    The following steps outline the process you will need to follow before the part-exchange transaction can be progressed.

    Developer provides a simple start form to you which notify Quantum of your purchaser’s basic details. E.g. Name, Property Address, Contact No, Type of Property.

    Quantum will then obtain two Estate Agent appraisals and a RICS valuation usually within 72 hours.

    The Open Market Valuation and the 2 months' Projected Market Valuation are required by Appraisal.
