The Part Exchange Process
The following steps outline the process you will need to follow before the part-exchange transaction can be progressed.
  • Developer provides a simple start form to you which notify Quantum of your purchaser’s basic details. E.g. Name, Property Address, Contact No, Type of Property.
  • Quantum will then obtain two Estate Agent appraisals and a RICS valuation usually within 72 hours.
  • The Open Market Valuation and the 2 months' Projected Market Valuation are required by Appraisal.
